Gillette Safalta Apni Muthhi Mein - Rules and Regulations

These Rules and Regulations (defined below) shall be binding on each individual who participate in Registration process through the College Activation Route of Gillette Guard 'SafaltaApniMutthi Mein' in Colleges in the selected towns of Bihar & Jharkhand as specified in the below paragraph.

Locations - Patna, Aara, Sasaram, Begusarai, Gaya, Nalanda (Biharsharif), Chhapra, Bhagalpur, Madhepura, Munger, Purnia, Saharsa, Muzaffarpur, Dharbhanga, Motihari.

Ranchi, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, Chaibasa, Palamu, Dhanbad, Giridh, Bokaro, Deoghar, East Singhbhum (Jamshedpur).

• If the Registration of the Participant(s) is confirmed to Dainik Jagran then the Participant(s) shall report to the College Venue at the date and time informed by Dainik Jagran. And any delay in reporting shall automatically disqualify the Participant(s)s from registering in the Workshop.
• Shortlisted Participant(s) in the Finale as Confirmed by Dainik Jagran shall report to the Venue, at the date and time as informed by Dainik Jagran.
• The Cost of the travel and Accommodation will be reimbursed with a pre-decided tariff for the Shortlisted Candidate to the Grand Finale of Gillette Guard 'SafaltaApniMutthi Mein'. Otherwise the same will be provided by Dainik Jagran on a complimentary basis to each candidate.
• All Participant(s) will be required to execute an Agreement or sign a Registration form and/or Otherwise containing Terms and Conditions as required by Dainik Jagran before allowing Participation in College Workshop open for all Students.
• College Job Test is to be conducted only for Graduation 3rd Year Students and Grand Finale Final Job Test is open for only Selected Candidates. Any and all information/details (ID Card and CV) submitted by the Participant(s) may be used by Dainik Jagran as required
• The mere Registration or receipt of any acknowledgement Message from Dainik Jagran and / or its authorized Representative by any Participant(s) for the College Workshop, College Job Test, Grand Finale Job Test will neither guarantee the Participant(s) chance to participate in the Grand Finale. Only such Participant(s)s, who completely fulfil all terms and Conditions mentioned herein and as Selected at the sole discretion of Dainik Jagran will be eligible to participate in the College Job Test, Grand Finale Job Test
• All Registration Entries for the Workshop shall be subject to completion of all Procedures laid down herein as required by Dainik Jagran.
• Dainik Jagran shall not be liable for any loss of Earnings, Employment or otherwise cost to the Participant(s) or their Parents or legal guardians, Even if such loss arises as a result of his being selected for the Grand Finale Job Test
• Dainik Jagran reserves the Right to discontinue/ Cancel/ Change/ Alter/ Modify terms and Conditions and/or Criteria of the Registration Process at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any Reason.
• The Participant(s) agree and confirm that by Registering for the Workshop, Participant(s) is expressly consenting to receive Acknowledgement/ Promotional e mails / Messages about the Activity from Dainik Jagran or its authorised representative.Further the Participant(s) hereby grants express consent to Dainik Jagran and/or its Authorised Representative to collect, use, and process the personal information of the Participant(s), So received while Registration.
• The Participant(s) hereby agrees and confirms that any and all decisions of Dainik Jagran in connection with Registration , Selection, disqualification for the Registration, is final and binding and is non contestable. The Participant(s) shall neither question such process nor dispute the same in any manner. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of above, decision of Dainik Jagran shall be final and binding on all parties/persons.
• Dainik Jagran shall have the right to Shortlist Participant(s) by conducting any other form of Registrations including or excluding the current Registration, as per its sole discretion and the Participant(s) shall not dispute the same.
• The Participant(s) who are selected for Registration should carry all the documents as required by Dainik Jagran and only upon verification identity through requested documents (for example passport, driving license, School leaving Certificate, College Identity Card etc) shall the Participant(s) be allowed to take part in the Activity.The Participant(s) hereby agrees that he is not under any exclusive or other contracts whereby their registration or selection, as per Dainik Jagran requirements, maybe jeopardized.
• In the event of any violation of any terms and conditions or obligation or undertakings by the Participant(s) as herein mentioned and/or as required by Dainik Jagran, shall immediately disqualify the Participant(s).
• Employment/ Apprenticeship in Dainik Jagranis as per the discretion of Dainik Jagran after a proper background check of the Candidates/ declared documents in respect to Qualifications and after the Graduation from the said College as shared in the Registration form.
• The Participant(s) hereby agrees and confirms that it shall fully indemnify and hold harmless Dainik Jagran/its affiliates/group companies/ respective directors/ employees etc., against any loss, claims, dispute, disruption etc., caused due to any act or omissions or misrepresentations, or concealment of material facts or breach hereof by the Participant(s).
• Dainik Jagran reserves the right to disregard the registration in the event Dainik Jagran observes any irregularity in the registration entries sent by the Participant(s) and/or if Dainik Jagranin its knowledge has reason to believe that the Participant(s) has acted in a fraudulent manner and/or engaged in any deceitful activity in registration.
• By registering, it is deemed that the Participant(s) have read, understood, accepted and agree to abide with all the Rules and Regulations of the Registration.
• The terms of this Rules and Regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and incase of any dispute or any other matter arising in reference to the registration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Kanpur.
